How does the affirmation Practice work?

Practice in I Am guides you through repeating affirmations so you can engage with them actively, beyond just reading them.

To start practicing, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the main screen

  2. Tap the Practice button

You can customize your Practice experience by turning off the voiceover, or by going to Practice settings, where you can change the session length, topic, and theme.
