How do I change the content that shows on my Watch?

By default, the content you see on the Watch is based on the content selected in the iPhone app. If you'd like to change that, follow these steps:
Go the main screen
Tap the 👤 profile icon
Tap "Watch"
Tap "Type of quotes" or "Topic"
Select your preferred topic or topics
Please note that your iPhone and Watch must be connected (either by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) when you change the topic. Otherwise, the change may be delayed.
If you don't see the topic change reflected on your Watch immediately, try opening the Watch app or tapping the complication to force a refresh.
If none of that works, you may need to restart your Watch or reopen the iPhone app so they sync.
