How do I install the app on my Watch?

To see content from the app on your Watch, follow these steps:

Make sure your iPhone and Watch are paired and both updated to the latest OS versions
On your iPhone, make sure the app is installed on the Watch
On your Watch, open the Watch tab, go to "My watch" and confirm the app appears there
Make sure your Watch is charged and awake/active, not in Low Power mode
