How do I request a refund for my subscription?

If you're using iOS:

Apple manages all refunds directly and refund eligibility is determined by Apple. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID

  3. Find the subscription and tap "Report a Problem"

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your refund request

If you're using Android:

To request a refund, please tap the relevant link from your mobile phone and follow the instructions:

Important: the link will only work if you open it from an Android device and the app is still installed.

⚠️ If you’re still in the free trial period, refunds are not yet available. You can request one once the payment has been processed.
