Why am I not receiving notifications on my Watch?

If you’re not receiving notifications on your watch, you can try the following:

  • Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to the internet:

    1. Swipe up on the watch face to open the Control Center

    2. If your devices are disconnected, you may see a red iPhone icon, red X, or Wi-Fi icon

    3. Reconnect them

  • Turn off Wrist Detection in the Apple Watch settings on your iPhone

  • Ensure your watch isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
