Why am I not receiving notifications on my Watch?

If you’re not receiving notifications on your watch, you can try the following:
Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to the internet:
Swipe up on the watch face to open the Control Center
If your devices are disconnected, you may see a red iPhone icon, red X, or Wi-Fi icon
Reconnect them
Turn off Wrist Detection in the Apple Watch settings on your iPhone
Ensure your watch isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
